website. (so your original photo/s are never
harmed or posted. Your memories are too precious to
post. By forwarding images to us for digital
restoration, you authorize Studio 212 to
perform work requested on images. You certify that
they are submitted either on your behalf or from the
copyright holder of the images. Any professionally
taken photograph is under the photographer's
copyright and can only be manipulated with their
permission. By forwarding photos to us for
restoration or manipulation, you affirm that
NO copyright is infringed. We will NOT
be liable to you or any third party for copyright
infringement. Studio 212 uses only licensed software
& professional equipment through our professional
photographic studio, STUDIO 212 pty ltd.

Studio 212 respects your privacy. We
will never trade, sell, rent or loan any of your
personal information, including your email address
that you provide us to any other company or person.
When you send your requests & images, we may collect
information necessary to complete your photo
restoration order, including your name, email
address. Your photos are kept strictly confidential
& will only be forwarded to the original sender. We
respect your Privacy & appreciate how precious your
images are to you.

for all payments & credit card processing, we do not
collect any credit card information, for your peace
of mind & security.
